Oyane Plaza in Roppongi Hills is famous for its its popular Yuletide, when the German Christmas Fair is held. However, this year I was here for the Polish Festival as Polish culture was catching people's attention. There were a lot of national Polish music and dances, and of course authentic local cuisine. You should try some of the traditional food and drinks on offer, such as cherry nalewka - vodka infused with cherries, Zubrowka - flavored vodka also known as Bison Grass Vodka, or sweets such as donuts and poppy seed rolls. Party goers had to wait about half an hour for some of the more popular stalls. "Zamkove" (castle) beer was rather expensive but many visitors wanted to try it. These days ceramics from Poland is also very popular in Japan with its distinctive blue and white patterns.
