Every year Tokyo has its Sanma (pacific saury) festival. On this day you get a grilled fish completely free of charge! But two things to opt for: either you get up early and have the fish for breakfast (this saves you from standing two or three hours in a line) or you take a book with you and read while waiting. Otherwise you may give up and end up eating fish at a restaurant. But watching this festival is really fun!
